📌 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bdeasy platform (including bdeasy.onl and all associated services), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and bdeasy ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). bdeasy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Your continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

🎂 2. Eligibility and Age Verification

To use bdeasy, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bdeasy strictly enforces this minimum age requirement in accordance with responsible gaming principles.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the bdeasy platform or any affiliated service.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a bdeasy employee or contractor.

bdeasy reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including national identification cards, passports, driving licences, or proof of address issued within the last three months. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

👤 3. Account Registration and Management

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) bdeasy account only. Registration of multiple accounts by the same person — using any combination of different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, IP addresses, devices, or payment methods — is strictly forbidden. Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed without notice and all balances held therein will be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account details current. bdeasy is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from outdated or incorrect information held on your account.

You must keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any OTP codes — strictly confidential. You must not share your credentials with any other person. bdeasy will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must contact support immediately.

bdeasy reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, rule violations, regulatory concerns, or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or other users.

💳 4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on bdeasy are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. Additional methods may be introduced or removed at bdeasy's discretion without prior notice.

Deposits are credited to your bdeasy account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. bdeasy is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or bank processing times.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. bdeasy does not support withdrawals to accounts or wallets not registered in your name.
• You must have completed any applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be processed.
• bdeasy may request additional identity or payment verification before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard security measure and is not an indication of wrongdoing.

bdeasy does not charge fees for standard deposits and withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. bdeasy is not responsible for any such third-party fees.

🎁 5. Bonuses and Promotions

bdeasy may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps derived from bonus funds.

General bonus conditions that apply unless otherwise stated include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Bonuses cannot be claimed by players who have self-excluded or have restricted accounts.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as cash.

🎲 6. Gameplay, Betting Rules, and Void Bets

All games and betting markets offered on bdeasy are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or sport. Players are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the rules of each game before participating. bdeasy is not liable for losses arising from a player's unfamiliarity with game rules.

bdeasy reserves the right to void any bet or game round in the following circumstances:

• A technical error or software malfunction occurs that affects the integrity of the outcome.
• The bet was placed after the scheduled event start time (late bet acceptance).
• The published odds or game parameters contained a manifest error.
• Evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or external interference affecting the outcome is confirmed by bdeasy or a recognised governing body.

In the case of voided bets, stakes are returned to the player's account balance. Winnings derived from voided events will not be paid. Ongoing jackpots and progressive prizes are governed by the respective game provider's rules and may be subject to independent verification before payout.

🚫 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdeasy platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and further legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or allowing a third party to use your account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any coordinated activity that manipulates game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain funds or a competitive advantage.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bdeasy staff, live dealers, or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any proprietary element of the bdeasy platform.

bdeasy collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy. Your data is used to administer your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and improve our services. bdeasy does not sell your personal data to third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdeasy and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical failures, connection interruptions, or third-party payment delays.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own failure to secure login credentials.
• Inaccuracies in game odds, payouts, or displayed information resulting from technical errors, subject to correction and where applicable, void-bet policies in clause 6.
• Any loss or damage to your device or software arising from accessing the bdeasy platform.

bdeasy provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free availability of its services.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the prevailing version of the Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bdeasy with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
